Bill graduated from Boston College in 1982 and went on to receive his law degree from Suffolk University in 1987. He received his LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation from Boston University Law School in 1992. Bill served as Holbrook Town Moderator for ten years.
David Merrigan, Esq.

David graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1987 and went on to receive his law degree from Suffolk University Cum Laude in 1994. David served on the Canton Planning Board for five years.
Kyle Merrigan, Esq.
– Partner
Kyle graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2013 and went on to receive his law degree from Suffolk University Cum Laude in 2018. Before joining Merrigan & Merrigan, Kyle worked as an attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
Michael McDonald, Esq.
– Associate
Michael graduated from Assumption College in 2019 and earned his law degree from New England Law | Boston in 2022. Before joining Merrigan & Merrigan, he began his legal career at Delaney & Muncey, P.C. in Plymouth, Massachusetts, where he focused on assisting clients with estate planning, probate and estate administration. At Merrigan & Merrigan, Michael continues to advise individuals and families on creating comprehensive estate plans, addressing related tax considerations, and navigating the probate process.
