  • We offer services in Estate Planning, Probate Administration, Residential Real Estate and Income Tax.

  • The people preparing your return can see how it fits with the rest of your affairs: your estate plan, a trust, a home you're selling, or an estate you're settling. That matters most for trusts, estates, and retirees with several sources of income. We prepare about 1,500 individual returns each year and are here year-round, so if a notice arrives in August, the people who prepared your return can answer it. And when a tax question turns into a legal one, we can keep going instead of sending you elsewhere.

  • A will directs who receives your property and who cares for minor children, but it goes through probate. A trust can avoid probate and can work for you while you're alive if you become unable to manage things yourself, but it takes more work to set up and fund properly. Most people benefit from having a will regardless; whether a trust makes sense depends on your assets, your family, and your goals.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or by calling the office at 781-356-2500.

  • You'll work directly with the attorney handling your matter, not get shuffled between departments. Often, that's one of three generations of the same family who've practiced together since 1975. We quote your fee after an initial meeting, once we understand what your matter actually involves, rather than working from a rigid price list. And because we handle probate, taxes, and real estate work in-house rather than farming pieces out to other firms, you're dealing with one team instead of coordinating several.
